A year ago, we opened our doors and welcomed our very first guests. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of laughter, late nights, lazy mornings, and plenty of memories made. We wanted to extend our thanks to you, for helping to make it a year to remember and be proud of!

May’s Made for Cocktails
Join us at The Hillbrook for two laid-back Cocktail Nights this month — Sunday 4th May (vodka lovers, this one’s for you) and Sunday 25th May (all about the gin). We’re serving up 2 for £15 cocktails, plus sharing jugs perfect for sipping with friends. Whether you’re kicking off your weekend or making a night of it, we’ve got your glass ready.

Treat Dad this Father’s Day – Sunday 15th June
Gift Dad with a delicious lunch worth lingering over. Our chefs have curated a special menu just for the occasion, packed with seasonal favourites and a few indulgent touches. Whether he’s a roast traditionalist or into something a little different, there’s a dish with his name on it. Plus Dad can enjoy 2 courses for £35 or 3 courses for £40. Sunday Roast will be served from 12pm – 6pm and spaces fill fast, so be sure to book early to avoid missing out.
Cultural Sherborne
We’re thrilled to see Sherborne featured in the May issue of Dorset Magazine as a true cultural hub — and we couldn’t agree more. From the breathtaking Gaia exhibit in the Abbey to inspiring art exhibitions at The Sherborne, there’s so much to see, do, and soak up this spring.
